This very modern vacation home was extensively renovated in 2022 using high quality materials and a successful mix of styles and is located on the most beautiful sandy beach east of Marbella, in a quiet and small community with 9 terraced houses. It is surrounded by a large garden with pool and private tennis court. A private residential street leads to the complex, between Costabella and Las Chapas Beach, which ends directly at the beach. There is plenty of public parking space in front of the property and one covered parking space belongs to the house.

The house is fully and well furnished, distributed on two levels and equipped with air condition and heating in all rooms. The impressive living level was designed completely open, modern and very bright. A special eye-catcher here is the extremely decorative fireplace which forms a refined contrast to the modern elements.

Furthermore, we find here a guest toilet and the fully equipped open plan fitted kitchen with cooking island.

The spacious living-dining area leads to the terrace in front, which invites you to linger and sunbathe and leads on to the garden and pool.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The three bedrooms are furnished with a king size bed in the master bedroom and one queens size and two single beds in the other bedrooms as well as spacious built-in closets in each. The light-flooded master bedroom has a bathroom en suite and large terrace windows provide a beautiful view of the sea and lead to the terrace in front with a cozy lounge that invites you to enjoy your holidays day. From there you also have a view of the pool and the garden.

Location: Just 30m away from the well maintained sandy beaches of Costabella, 4km east of Marbella downtown. „Playas Andaluzas“ is a dead end street to the beach. A private plot of 4000sqm comprises nine houses, a 70 sqm pool and a tennis court. Beach restaurants offer sun beds, umbrellas and excellent Spanish food. No hotels, clubs or car traffic. Supermarket, international press, bakery, laundry service and a car rental are just a short walk away.

  • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
  • The property is unfortunately not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • This is a non-smoking property.

Additionally to the above indicated price will be requested:

  • once per stay for the towels, linen and cleaning
    • 140 € for occupancy by 1-3 persons
    • 160 € for occupancy by 4-6 persons
  • 400 € security deposit, which will be refunded after departure subject to inspection.

Payment terms:

  • 35% on reservation
  • 65% 4 weeks before arrival
  • The security deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.
  • The cleaning fee is payable locally upon arrival and should be handed directly to our managers

Pool:

The pool is open all year round and there are no fixed opening hours. Please be considerate of other residents and follow normal social behaviour.
NEW: We provide pool and beach towels for your stay, so you don’t need to bring or buy your own.

Tennis court:

The tennis court can be used freely without prior reservation. Please bring your own tennis rackets and tennis balls if you would like to play.

Additional services:

  • The house is not equipped with a cot or a high chair by default. However, for families travelling with young children we offer the following optional equipment:
    • Baby travel cot (including pillow and bed linen)
    • High chair
    As we need to bring these items to the house in advance, there is a small additional fee of 60€, payable on arrival. If you would like us to prepare these for your stay, please let us know in advance so we can arrange everything for you.
  • On request, an additional cleaning can be arranged during your stay. The scope and cost can be agreed directly with our managers on site.
